The bolt pattern will be the same, the only difference is that either the Ford or the Chevy might have a smaller hole for the axle hub, or maybe the hub is larger on one or the other, I can't remember which way it is. A cutting torch will remedy the situation without jeopardizing the strength of the wheel, you won't need to remove very much material.
