I don't remember if 351C had a fixed rocker fulcrum or not. But the easy way to measure pushrod length is to take an old pushrod and cut in two, thread the insides and use a stud to connect them together. You will have made an adjustable pushrod to use as a tool only. Next rotate the engine to one half of cam lift measured with a dial indicator. Adjust the length on the pushrod till the tip of the rocker arm is in the center of the valve stem. When it is this is the correct length pushrod for your engine combination. If the rocker arm is not in the center at one half lift then it will side load the valve and can cause bent pushrods or broken valve springs. This holds the same for all engines.
