I saw a late 60s IH 3/4 ton that the owner had transplanted one of those engines into. He had to use an electric fan for the radiator, located in front of the radiator. There just wasn't enough room between the water pump and the radiator to install a fan there. Other than that it appeared to fit quite well, admittedly it was a tight fit, but it worked, and the truck was a working truck, so it had to be user friendly. You've already got the engine, It could probably be installed in just about any later 1 ton with just a few modifications and maybe some serious head scratching.
