Obvious question but did you properly bleed the system? If so,are you getting the full movement of the release fork when you depress the clutch pedal? If not, it still has air in the system. If the fork is moving the entire travel you have internal problems in the clutch assembly. Why were the clutch parts replaced in the first place, because of fluid leaks or the clutch was not operating properly?
