1949 chevy truck emblems

Need to know what emblems say on the front and side of a 1949 chevrolet truck.. trying to paint a watercolor for a good friend and the family truck is long gone, and photos are very bad.. also.. anyone know how many lug nuts are one the tires, and my friend said the truck was a sage green.. found one on internet restored (but couldn't make out emblems) and it was a dark blue-green. is that a more correct color? thanks
