Smith cast wheels

Looking for information on Smith as foundry. The name appears cast on the spokes of vintage spoked cast wheels and also on front axles.It would appear they were a company that supplied a number of smaller truck manufacturers with items.
Period of time 1920's.
Trying to also put together a listing of those truck building companies supplied by such foundries and the like.
