A lot more work than simply swapping the rebuilt unit too. Engine to transmission pattern is the same, but the rear mount to crossmember on the transmission is in a different location, as well as length of the transmissions. Not to mention the engine computer should be changed because of different callibrations in order to get the fuel mileage right.
