Try JobLot out in NY. They have a complete brake rebuilt kit including master cylinder, wheel cylinders and three brake hoses for $250. They also carry other parts for our larger trucks. You can have your brake shoes relined, that's about you can do, no one as far as I know sell new or relined shoes.

As for the other parts you can try NAPA, they have a lot of parts. Also, if you check with places that deal in big trucks like frame shops or spring shops, they sometimes have the parts or can match something up.
