need brake springs

Anyone know where I can get a brake spring replacement kit for a `53 chevy 3/4 ton? Is there any difference between the brake springs for a 1/2 vs. 3/4 ton?
Could also use a set of rear brake drums. Cheapest I have found them is $140(ea) at Jim Carters.
Don't know about anyone else but when ever I call them they always seem like there doing me a favor by selling me parts.
