I have removed one of the lower soft plugs from my 49 kb-3 green diamond engine. Once the plug was removed I noticed there was a large amount of sludge. What is the most effective way to do a flush job to remove all of the years of gunk from the cooling jackets? The plug remains out at this time. Also there a bolt on the lower block below the soft plug that is 15/16 or 1 inch what is this for? Thanks
