Sealed power pistons are available at Advance Auto Parts, http://www.partsamerica.com, part number 1012P at $39.99 each. In the catalog they have a note: flat head, 6.5:1 compression ratio, not factory duplicates, replace in sets only. 1946 to 1952 car, 1941 to 1942 car. They don't list pistons for trucks with 216 engines, I would guess truck pistons could be heavier for more torque, or lower compression ratio for a wider range of fuels. They are available in standard, and .030, .040, .060 oversizes. Try a NAPA store, too. They may have catalogs to look up over other manufacturers. I can't find my Chevyduty.com catalog, but go to http://www.chevyduty.com and either download a catalog or order a paper catalog for your age truck. At http://www.lmctruck.com you can order a catalog for your age truck, too. They may have pistons.
