Motor size

I sold a 1950 Studabaker truck to someone, and they wanted to know what size motor was in it. I do not have the truck now, as he has it, but I wanted to see if I could help him out. The truck had overdrive in it. If anyone has the know how as to how to tell what size motor it is, it would be appreciated.
