rwp, I didn't get a chance to work on the brakes today, but I did have to move the truck to load the tractor. I found that when you first start it it has good brakes. For the first 30-45 seconds after cranking the brakes act normal. I thought they had fixed themselves, so I went to the dump to take a load of remodeling debris that was on it. The brakes were fine going out the drive and I had to fill it up with fuel across the road and it was fine for the first minute or so, then the pedel got hard again. I turned it off at the landfill and when I started it back up it was fine till it built up more vacuum, then the pedal gets hard again. I'm wondering if the brakes just need adjusting. I know when it leaked the brake fluid out before the slave cyl repair, the pedal would be hard like it gets now. I don't waant to spend the time adjusting the brakes if it won't do any good, but I also don't want to get help and bleed them if adjusting them is all it takes either. Have you got any ideas for me. Thanks, Nat
