Check the fuel pump out, take the line off & check for pressure, Dont let it just spray around,
Put a pail, Can, Or a hose to keep it away from the motor or any wiring, Or things could catch fire. If it pumps fuel it should be good.
As far as the truck leaning check the leaf springs buy all 4 wheals see if there broke.
