Value of a IH 1600 loadstar

Hello out there.My name is Brian.I have a chance to buy a 1970 Loadstar.Right now it has a 14ft box body on it but it use to be a dump truck.The guy had the motor tranny and rear end rebuilt and it has been sitting for about a year.It has the 404 motor and 4 speed tranny with the 2 speed rear.The cab and fenders are in good shape.Can anyone tell me what the truck is worth?I would like to use it in my lawn service as a dump truck again.thank you for your time.
