Mike, Hard to say what might have been swapped in & out of a ni 30 year old truck.
The engine likely is a FE 360, auto tranny would be a C6, Dana 60 rears and Dana 44 (I think) front.
One easy way to check the ratio is to roll the vehicle (on level ground) one complete tire revolution while you count the driveshaft reveolutions.

That should get you in the ball park. IMHO
