'57 Chevy Cameo

I am assisting our local mom and pop NAPA dealer in the final stages of restoring his one owner, bone stock '57 Cameo. We need to locate a source for the single lead, male end fitting of the wiring harness to the back-up lights. We have been able to locate the dual lead fitting for the brake/turn lights but this backup light fitting evades us.
Do any of you folks recognize this fitting or perhaps know of a source ??
