1941 or 46

does any one know how to tell the difference between a 1941 and 1946 dodge pick-up? My title says it's a 1941 but the fellow I bought it off of said he checked the vin number and it's supposed to be a 1946. I looked at a nother 1941 at a local show and it looked the same except the rear springs, mine has a double pack of leaf springs. any info is a help thanks.
