'65 ford f-100 fuel problem

My truck doesn't start and I'm not sure why. It turns over and I have a spark. It seems fuel does not go into the carb. I changed the filter. I dont think it is blocked but there may be a problem in the pump or if the line froze. Is there any other things it could be and how do I check to find out?
