You ought to be able to find what you're looking for from Packard Electric. They build all of GM's wiring harnesses, and have for many decades. They can send you a catalog of everything they make if you contact them. I don't know the phone number or web address, but you should be able to talk to the electrical guru at your local GM dealer's service dept. and get that info. The parts guys just may have the piece in stock.
