I have been intrested in willys forever, I have restored 2 jeeps, have never owned a willys truck, but am always looking at them. Probably best thing to do is comparison shop on ebay or hemmings. What do you mean by extras? If it has an engine conversion or other major "improvements" it is worth very little. Rust is a big factor in these vehicles. However, if it is original, or stock, without much rust you may get a good buck out of it by finding the right buyer. Hard to put a price on something like that. Its worth what someone is willing to pay for it.
