If you are talking about a 361 that is actually from a Dodge two-ton, and you want to stroke it to a 383 like what they put in the pickups and cars? My guess is no, the 361 is probably a flat deck motor. The same reason a 427 from a Chevy C70 isn't the same as a 427 from an Impala.
