Forgot to add, you can use any rear from about 65 up to 72 and it'll be a bolt in (if it is coil), however, '71 was when they went to 5 lug. If you can't find a 71/72, look for a 70...the axle width was increased in 70, and the 5 lug axles you have will slide right in. If you end up with the 69 and older rear end, you can still install your axles, but you will need spacers custom made for you. ($$$$$) I think the differance is almost 3/8 of an inch if i remember correctly.
