well i have a 1982 chevy suburban 4x4 weigh's 6000 pounds it has the org 6.2 diesel with auto tran's. i have got as high as 26 mpg that 6.2 is a 379 ci v8 non turbo diesel what do u think about that. at 6000 pound's and can seat 9 people it's a smame they can't build a 4x4 like this now. that get's that kind of mpg im going to keep mine from now on.
