make sure the choke is closing, but not flooding.
check for spark at the plugs.. check timing and check compression.. also check the plugs...
you need 4 things for an engine to run..
1. compression 2. timing 3. fuel 4. spark..
That Motorcraft is really a simple carburetor..are you sure you have fuel in the carb?
