1959 apache body on 1960 c10 frame

hi i was wondering if anyone out there had any info on the frames of the 59 apache and the 60 c10 both are short wheel base frames/chassis.
i want to place the 59 body on the 60 frame and then bolt on a later (1971-1973) front crossmember to the 60 frame.
are the frames of the truck the same length?
width? close enough?
would it be a fairly simple swap?
or would it be better to simply use a later(71-73) frame?

im weighing out the ideas of this or subframing the truck.
