You might find an old motors or chiltons auto service manual in a library or used book store.
Have you removed the old stuff yet ? If not,pull the drums off and take a digital picture of each side and print it full 8-1/2 X 11 size. you can see where everything goes in great detail. I did that last week when I rebuilt the rear brakes on a Dodge Caravan.
A 58 Ford is too old to have self adjusters,so the brake layout should be pretty simple.
