A rear main seal will NOT leak oil into a cylinder.
The rear main seals on The Chev's I have & had never gave a problem, Have 15000 thousand miles on them, Cam & Valve cover gaskets about it.
If you have oil coming out the ex pipe than its coming from the cyl, Could be a broken ring, Hole in piston, depends on the compression on that cyl.
ake your spark plugs out & see what cyl it is.
Look ate the plug should have oil on cyl end.
