Hello, my clutch pedal was sticking, when I put the spring back on the clutch adjustment lever, I thought it might help to extend the cluth rod, which came unscrewed, after tightening it back, I had difficulty shifting in gear, without it scrapping the gears, obviously I've gotten the clutch out of adjustment.

My question is, what is the correct procedure to undo my mistake, and what steps do I take to get it back into the proper adjustment?

I would appreciate some instructions on this.

Thank You.
