Did they have a camber adjustment???

My 86 F250 4wd isn't bad and drives good but the camber could be a little more positive.DId the 3/4 ton have a cam adjuster at the ball joints or is that gonna be a job for me putting them in?Negative camber makes a truck look kinda ragged to me.Thanks fellas.
