I'm working on a 74 W200 with a bone stock 360. I'm replacing the stock cam that is .410" lift and 256 deg duration.

Will I have any problem with a cam that has .422" lift and 286 deg duration?

I don't want to loose any drive-ability and I want to keep a more or less smooth idle. I have never been this deep into a Dodge before any tricks or anything I should be aware of?
