I recently purchased a 1948 chevrolet thriftmaster pickup. The truck is in great shape but I need to have an automatic transmission. I want to replace the original 216 with a more modern 250 6 cylinder. I was hoping that the engine mounts might be available for the swap. Any input or information would be helpful.
