'66 F100 clutch or trans ?

Hi
I just bought a 1966 Ford F100. It has a manual transmission. 3 speed on the column. (352 motor)
The problem I have is that I can not shift it into 2nd or 3rd gear when the truck is moving. When sitting still it will go into all the gears and will try to take off in any gear I put it in.
But when rolling it just will not go into gear.
I hope all it needs is an adjustment on the clutch. Any ideas?
