I have a 1942 Ford 1 1/2 ton truck.

I am STUCK! I have some severely rusted wheels. The folks helping me restore them say they are beyond repair. They are in bad shape, but not rusted through. The lugs are 5 lug and we can’t find any wheels that fit on that lug pattern. We can have some wheels made. We have also considered replacing the axle so some more common wheels can be used. Both look to be about $5,000 to do. I have been trying to find a conversion kit that would allow me to use some more common wheels. Anyone have any suggestions?
