I have just purchased a 64-66 chevy c-10 off a guy who owns a hot rod shop. It was out back with his junk cars and is all original and a pretty complete truck. He is going to get me (a title) for it but I am a little confused on the vin #. I have a book that says the 1st # of the vin is the year? Mine starts with a letter? I know it is a 64 or 66 due to the placement of the side c-10 emblam on the fender. Does anyone know where I can search the vin #?? Thanks, Todd...
