Anyone recognize the make of this school bus?

Greetings!

I hope that someone here can help me to ID this schoolbus!

I suspect a '34 or '35 REO, and I know the bus was ordered in 1934 from the "United Auto Works" and delivered to Cypress (then "Dairy City") California in the fall of 1935...
