Dodge Job-Rated Truck Help Needed

I've posted on here before regrading this truck,
The truck was given to me recently by my uncle who actually acquired it in the 60's. It's a heavier truck with the dual wheel setup on the rear and the two speed split rear end. It has an inline 6 cylinder motor and the trucks serial number is "93251107" and just below that is "DG5-28" I'm not sure if any of you more expirienced truck restorers can give me any information regarding the truck with just those numbers or if you need more. I guess you could say I'm not really sure I know what I'm looking for to properly identify the vehicle. I would also like to know if you can still by parts for these vehicles such as filters and what not and where you would get them. Thanks to all who reply in advance and I look forward to the input. Thanks for taking the time to help a kid with alove for trucks.
