Can't help you with the ID, but I bet if you googled JOB RATED DODGE TRUCK FORUM you might find some folks to help out.

I learned to drive on a 51 half ton as a kid, I have the truck stashed away, minus the engine. I still can hear the sound the clutch pedal made every time you let it out. Now that was a real truck.
