1975 Int'l 1ton tonka toy

I have a 1975 Railroad truck. The wheels for the rail have been removed. It has flatbed, alum cab and looks like a big tonka toy (Square shape). It has a 345v8 4sp manual. Any info on this truck, as to value, how rare is it, worth restoring, where to buy parts, manuals etc. would be grately appricated. Thanks
