What is wrong with the transmission you have now? The NP540 is very easy to repair and parts are avail. You should be able to repair yours for much much less than $1600. If you still want to replace Try Adelmans truck parts in Canton OH. (They have a website)They should have either used or rebuilt at reas. prices....
