IH 69 Loadstar Steering Pitman Lady in Distress!

My horse van is stuck in Virginia until I can locate a pitman arm. Any suggestions where I can locate one asap or have one remanufactured? My mechanic can't find one. Any assistance is appreciate by this lady in distress. Thanks!
