1960 F600 motor swap

What motors can I swap in place of the old 292? I have a nice rebuilt 428 police interceptor and was wondering if it would bolt up? bellhouseing, clutch, input shaft? etc. The 292 has really milky oil, i think that maybea head gasket has gone bad...ideas?
