1948 IH KB5 (I think) Dump truck

I am going to look at an IH 1948 soon. The truck runs but probably needs an overhaul soon. Dump works and the truck drives and stops according to the seller. No title, but that probably won't be a problem.

Parts availability is my big concern. As I understand it, the sheet metal is most likely salvagable.

Where can I get parts?
How much would a full restoration cost? Ball park??
