I've never made a swap like that, but I don't think you can use the 391 flywheel on the diesel. My guess you could put that diesel in your truck with the right flywheel and bellhousing.. The 7.3 and 6.9 are really not heavy duty diesels and used only in the smaller trucks, not the F-800.. If you use that truck a lot, you might be better off to use one from a bigger truck, such as Cummins, Cat or International..
