Can anyone tell me how to add brake fluid to a 1969 ford C700 cabover truck master cylinder?

The master cylinder is located under the dash but I do not see a filler cap. The book I have says to add fluid to 1/2 inch below filler neck. This truck also has air assisted brakes. Thanks for your time and help.
