If I needed new springs, first I'd look in the yellow pages under truck supplies, there are truck spring and chassis repair places in most cities, even in nebraska, they can re arch your springs, or make you up a new pair, know there is at least one of these in Omaha, and Lincoln, usually is best to visit them with your old pair, be ready to tell them how much arch you need, how much lift you want over what the ride height is now, and what the vehicles weighs, approximately.
