Hey Guys I got a problem 79F100

My son turned his truck off and it didn't want to start back up.It will start but turns over rough and won't idle.It has no power and the rockers are rattling.It still has oil pressure.I think the timing chain might have jumped???Does this sound like it to you?Once it did this but a new control module fixed it that time but a new one this time had no effect.The engine is out of a 1982 LTD 302cu.Is this gonna be a hard fix?I haven't been into a 302 but have been into a 350/305 Chevy.What do you think?Thanks for any help guys.Jack.
