Go to your local NAPA dealer, or any good parts store. Take the old plug with you. I think they still make oversize self-threading plugs, and for the popular 1/2" used on Chevys, there are 2nd and 3rd oversize too. Good luck - pull the pan and weld if up if all else fails.
