I don't know if you would be happy with it in that rig. You have a lot of weight and even more wind resistance there. The way the above the windshield area is, it is trapping air and causing you to have more drag. The bus was not intended to be used on the hi-way. You might fine tune it and pick up some better mpgs, but reality is, I doubt you will get much better than 7-8 mpg at best. IMHO
