Hello! I am interested in adding a turbo to an older (1989) model Navistar V8 diesel. The Banks parts are great quality products, however, the price the aftermarket companies want for their turbo kit is a bit over-the-top for me. Is it possible to add an Air-Research TO4 or something similar? Has anyone ever turbo'ed one of these older diesels without using a kit? Thank you for your input!
